What Is HCG and How Does the HCG Diet Work?

The Science behind HCG diet plan:

In 1954 a physician by the name of Dr. Simeons discovered that weight loss with HCG in his patients with low calorie diets had far less side symptoms of headaches, hunger pains, and irritability, and weakness.  He also noted that these same patients not only lost significant amount of weight, but also noticed reshaping of their bodies from the amount of fat (Adipose tissue) loss, far more than he noticed in patients who did low calorie diet alone without HCG supplementing it.
